Science Fair Water Projects focusing on common water quality parameters and examples of relationships with our fresh water resources.
Water Basics 101 covers an overview of water information for Science Students, Science Student Parents and Science Teachers. Students need to understand water parameters as a vital step in using water quality data in a science fair project.
Water Basics 101 is divided into three commonly identified water areas:
1.) physical water quality,
2.) chemical water quality, and
3.) biological water quality.
Interactions between these water parameters and interactions of aquatic environments and water use are where things get complicated and become very interesting. By producing a better understanding of these water parameters and interactions, this will help students interpret the significance on water quality.
